Batch 6 — underway!

2 lbs of Ocumare Criollo going into the oven. Going to roast these for 20 mins at 150C. Less than the journal article suggested, but everyone says to treat these beans a little more gently. Roasting on cookie sheets lined with Silpats. Hoping that the Silpats reduce burning against the metal of the sheets at least a little.
