What we’re using right now:

– Cuisinart convection oven for roasting
– Champion juicer for grind
– Santha melangeur

We’re hulling by hand right now. Initially it was all by hand, the hulling method for batch 4 and 5 was modified. For these batches, I crushed the beans in a mortar and pestle, then used a blow dryer to separate the hulls. Some hulls were hand picked out also.
