Chocolate Alchemy (www.chocolatealchemy.com) is a good place to start. They sell Santha Melangeurs, and have a very helpful forums section. Getting a larger piece of equipment for commercial production is much trickier, as they are very hard to come by. You might contact one of the chocolate makers referenced on the site and see if they have pointers on used equipment that might become available.
