Amano: Utah Artisan Chocolate

Amano is one of the few companies in the United States producing chocolate from the bean. They list two bars available at the moment, a Madagascar and a Venezuelan Ocumare. I’ll be ordering and reviewing the both bars soon, but am especially curious to try the Ocumare, since these are the beans that I’ve been working with recently.
